Figure 11.82 You can use the +Spacebar shortcut to switch to a full preview within the Content pod area and use to return to the usual Content pod view.
In the View menu (Figure 11.84), the ‘Show Items in Pages’ option allows you to display the Mini Bridge contents in page sections (with page navigation arrows) instead of using a scrollable panel view. For example, Figure 11.79 shows a paginated display, while Figure 11.83 shows a scrolling panel display.
Figure 11.79 This shows the Mini Bridge panel with the main features highlighted, where only the Content pod is visible so far. You can also see the Panel view menu (top right).

Figure 11.83 This shows the Content pod area with the Lock Cells option selected.
The ‘Show Thumbnail Only’ option allows you to toggle showing the thumbnail views in the Content pod area with or without the file name, ratings or cell badge icons. If you select the ‘Grid Lock’ option, the Content pod will look like the view shown in Figure 11.83, where the cell grid is shown, and this prevents you from accidentally dragging a thumbnail and thereby disrupting the order of the images.
Next we have the Content pod display View options (Figure 11.84). So far we have seen the default ‘As Thumbnails’ view, but you can also change this to the ‘As Filmstrip’ view, which displays the thumbnails in a single horizontal row. If you select the ‘As Details’ option this shows a large thumbnail view with the key metadata information alongside each image, while the ‘As List’ option shows an icon list view similar to that seen in a Finder/Explorer navigation dialog (both these views are shown in Figure 11.85 below).

Filter and Sort order menus
The Filter and Sort menus (Figure 11.86) are identical to the ones found in the main Bridge program and these allow you to quickly filter the images in the Content pod, according to the star rating, and reorder according to the rules offered in the Sort order menu.

Navigator and Preview pods
Now let's look at the panel view/pod selection menu, which is in the top right corner next to the Search button. Figure 11.87 shows the ‘Navigator Pod’ selected. You'll notice how this contains a two column view, where in the first column you can select to view Favorites, Recent Folders, Recent Files or Collections. You basically click on one of these items and in the second column you'll see a list of further subfolder options. What you see here is largely determined by the current settings you have in the main Bridge program as well as recent Bridge activity. For example, you can't create collections via Mini Bridge, but any you have already created in the main Bridge program will show up here in the second column. Although having said that, while the ‘Go to parent, recent or favorite folders’ menu list is synchronized with that in Bridge, the Recent Folders list in the Navigator pod only lists those that have recently been visited by Mini Bridge itself. So why doesn't Mini Bridge include a full Browser in the
