Fix, Freeze, Feast - Kati Neville [75]
Then, as now, we are privileged to work with many talented people who contribute their amazing skills and vision to this product behind the scenes through design, layout, editing, food photography, and printing. We appreciate the opportunity to work with Storey Publishing. We never knew the process could be so pleasant.
Thank you to our recipe testers. We are grateful that you were willing to undertake the task of trying new recipes, wading through our notes and doing exactly as you were told!
We acknowledge the food enthusiasts, recipe writers, and culinary experts at large from whom we have gleaned ideas, tips, and much inspiration. Because of the work others have done, we have been able to build on the foundation set before us.
Loyal customers, old and new, we thank you for your enthusiasm and warm feedback. It has been encouraging.

Carl Jung once said, “The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.” I am eternally grateful to my husband, parents, children, in-laws, family, and friends for their support while working on this book. Without you all I would not have had the audacity and courage to create my own “recipe.”
LINDSAY
Many years ago someone, I know not who, bought me a brand new chest freezer and had it delivered to my home anonymously. I was stunned by and overjoyed with the gift. Over the years, I have often thought of the generous secret donor and wished I could give my thanks. In many ways, that gift was the beginning of the journey that led me here.
That unexpected gift also represents the way I feel about the precious people who envelop me in my life. My circle of loved ones is faceless to those who read this book, as the anonymous freezer donor is to me, But it cannot go unsaid that without the blessings they’ve bestowed upon me, I would not have accomplished anything. To those who have unfailingly believed in, supported, and encouraged this project—my husband, children, parents, siblings, in-laws, aunts and uncles, and friends—may I be a blessing to you in return.
