Flex_ Do Something Different - Ben [15]
Being less habitual in how you respond to others might also make you more responsive to the needs of your partner, your friends, your colleagues and your clients at work. Might it also make things more interesting and effective? Perhaps a less habitual set of behaviours might help you get more of what you want out of life.
Your score indicates you may sometimes find it helpful to take a more objective view of a situation. This might be when issues come up with your partner, friends or colleagues, when you have decisions to take, and when you need to talk issues over with others. Do you have a tendency to think what you think without sufficient reflection on the issues? Or do you try hard to ensure you don’t compare against what you know or are familiar with?
Be wary of becoming too routinised; although habits and routines help us to manage the basics of life they can also mask opportunities that lie just beyond the range of our immediate view. Could you benefit from doing something different? Also, people who are too routinised may be reluctant to let go of something that’s no longer working or appropriate. Perhaps a tendency to keep investing time and energy in long-standing client relationships that no longer warrant it, when it might be better to keep it ticking over and move on?
If you sometimes find life difficult or uninteresting, stressful and lacking opportunities for development and growth, becoming less habitual and developing your open-mindedness could make a difference.

When we adhere too rigidly to routines and strongly held views we risk closing off all sorts of positive avenues.
Your score suggests you prefer to stick to what you know and the people you know. That’s a natural tendency that many of us have. In your home and/or work life you may have decided which approaches are best and even have firm views on these. This is fine, but sometimes it’s also beneficial for everyone to invite challenge and welcome fresh approaches. You may think that the way you do things is successful and produces effective results. You may, of course, be right. But there may be advantages to be had from sometimes breaking free of the usual ways of doing things and giving new approaches a try.
You might want to rethink, for example, how you deal with issues that come up with your partner, your friends or your colleagues. Do you address new issues with old
