DANGERS & ANNOYANCES

Drug dealing and gang activity are prevalent on the north side of Chinatown, particularly along Nu′uanu Stream and the River St pedestrian mall, which should be avoided after dark. Chinatown’s skid rows include blocks of Hotel St.
