Liquid Lingo
Hoisin sauce is a soybean-based thick sauce with a sweet and spicy flavor. Used in many Chinese dishes, it also includes garlic, chili peppers, and some form of sugar or honey.
Grape, Orange, and Carrot
3 cups green or red seedless grapes
1 orange
1 apple
¼ lime
2 orange slices for garnish (optional)

While the seeds of some fruits, such as grapes or oranges, might be unpleasant to eat, peach pits can be toxic. Always be sure to discard the stone as well as the seed before juicing peaches.

½ cup crushed ice

Pulp Tidbits
The pomegranate is a fruit specifically mentioned in the Bible. One of the Songs of Solomon contains the line “Thou art fair, my love. Thy temples are like a piece of pomegranate within thy locks.” It’s also mentioned that King Solomon kept a grove of pomegranate trees.
