There are nifty ways to dress up these cocktail juices. Use a stemmed wine glass or a margarita glass, and dip the rim into water and then into granulated sugar or sea salt. You’ll have a dramatic presentation and an ingredient to add its character.

Sparkling wine is the overall term used to describe wine that contains bubbles of carbon dioxide.
