Trader José’s Guacamole topped with Spicy Pico de Gallo is a two-for-one deal, offering creamy guacamole and spicy salsa all in one container.
1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine the bell pepper, onions, and carne asada. Microwave on high until hot, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top and stir.
2. Briefly microwave the tortillas until hot, 10 to 15 seconds. Divide the meat and vegetable mixture among the tortillas and top with the guacamole and pico de gallo.

1. Pierce a few holes in the plastic film over the mac and cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Microwave the Bolognese sauce on low power for 2 to 3 minutes. Then microwave on high power until the Bolognese is hot throughout, about 3 minutes.
3. Transfer the hot mac and cheese to a medium bowl. Add the oregano, if using, and stir in about three-quarters of the Bolognese sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce for another use.

Instead of using strips of pasta, this dish layers polenta with cheese, mushrooms, and beef.
1. In a small bowl, stir together the ricotta, soup, carne asada, and scallions.
2. Cut the polenta into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. In a medium microwave-safe dish, make one layer of polenta using 5 to 6 slices and top with half of the ricotta mixture.
3. Add another layer of polenta, using the remaining 5 to 6 slices. Top with the remaining ricotta mixture, smoothing it over the polenta slices.
4. Microwave until hot, 5 to 6 minutes.

1. Cut the chicken and olives from the Greek Style Chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix the ingredients together.
2. Lay the peppers in a microwave-safe dish. Using a spoon, fill each pepper with the orzo mixture. Microwave on high until hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Crumble the feta on top of the peppers and microwave again until the cheese is melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Arrabiata translates to “angry” in Italian, so this sauce’s name comes from the added heat of chile peppers.
1. Microwave the pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.
2. In a medium microwave-safe dish, microwave the meatballs on high for 2 minutes. Then pour the arrabiata sauce into the dish with the meatballs and microwave on high until the sauce and meatballs are heated, 2 to 3 more minutes.
3. Open the bag of pasta and add it to the dish with the sauce and meatballs. Toss to combine and sprinkle with the cheese, if using.
