Numbers


Note that for numbers ending in 5, from 15 onwards, nhӑm is used in northern Vietnam and lӑm in the south, rather than the written form of nӑm. Also, bear in mind that an alternative for numbers that are multiples of ten is chục – so, for example ten would be một chục, twenty would be hai chục, etc.
