Many of these warning signs have come to pass, including the humming sound from beneath the earth. This hum has been heard in Britain since 1977 and in New Mexico since the early 1990s. We assess Scallion’s predictions further in Chapter 13.
Scallion’s Predictions for 2012
Scallion believes that energy is pulsing faster and faster until we hit the year 2012. At that time, we will have stabilized the pulse and will be living at a higher frequency. This will bring an awakening that allows people to open their minds to ideas and concepts they would have thought crazy in years before. He calls the post-2012 age the “Intuitive Age.”
Barbara Marciniak
Barbara Marciniak is a channel who receives information from a group calling themselves the Pleiadians. She has been giving channeling sessions on all aspects of human consciousness since the 1980s.
According to Marciniak, the Pleiadians are focused on the time period from 1987 to 2012 as a time of enormous change for people and society. It is a unique opportunity for spiritual growth. She says the choices we make now will determine the future evolution of the planet.
Cause of Change
The Pleiadians support the end of the Mayan calendar as an end of an era. They also agree with Carl Johan Calleman that as we approach 2012, time is accelerating. Marciniak channels that the acceleration is due to the fact that the solar system is passing through high-energy particle zones in space. The high-energy particles are bombarding us and affecting us on a subatomic level.
Although this sounds a lot like the photon belt discussed in earlier chapters, to our knowledge, the Pleiadians have not called this zone the photon belt. It’s possible they are referring to the same high-energy gamma waves we discussed in Chapter 10 that were researched by Russian scientists. So what happens to us when we go through this energy wave?
Cellular Frequency
As high-energy waves hit your body, they create an increase in cellular frequency. Let’s explain this a little: all the cells inside your body are vibrating. The rate of vibration is your cellular frequency. Everything that exists has a frequency. You may wonder if it matters what speed you vibrate at. If everything that is getting hit with high-energy waves starts to vibrate faster, the result is acceleration. Even your thoughts and actions become accelerated. According to the Pleiadians, the rate of cause and effect is also accelerating.
What exactly does it mean to increase the rate of cause and effect? Every thought you have has an effect. This is easy to see in some cases, like you think about something scary and your heartbeat increases while your palms get sweaty. Pretty clearly cause and effect. It’s harder to see in other cases. Suppose you were very critical of someone, judging them for a decision they made that you didn’t approve of. Years later you might find yourself in a similar situation to learn compassion and nonjudgment. It might be harder in this example for you to see the cause and effect of your situation, but your thoughts created the experience you needed to learn. Essentially, as everything speeds up, how your thoughts create your reality becomes more and more obvious.
According to Marciniak in an interview published in Inner Connections Network, “In the past, what would have taken months or years for a cause, like a good or evil deed, to have its effect, will begin to happen within days, hours, and minutes.
