PLANT ID GUIDES

Find a plant identification guide whose drawings and photos appeal to you aesthetically and whose text speaks most clearly to you. A good series to begin with is the Peterson Field Guide Series (Houghton Mifflin Co.)—A Field Guide to Wildflowers.
