If you have a choice, use DeKuyper Razzmatazz raspberry schnapps or Hiram Walker Razz Attack for the raspberry liqueur required in this recipe.You’ll get a better clone than using Chambord.

1 ounce light rum

½ ounce raspberry liqueur

½ ounce banana liqueur

3 ounces pineapple juice

3 ounces cranberry juice

GARNISH

orange slice

maraschino cherry

1. Fill a 14-ounce glass with ice.

2. Add all ingredients and shake or stir until well blended.

3. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry on a toothpick. Serve with a straw.

JOE’S CRAB SHACK SHARK TOOTH


At Joe’s they use Whaler’s Great White Rum in this drink, but any white rum you have in the cabinet will work fine in this sweet sipper.

1 ounce Whaler’s Great White

Rum

½ ounce Midori liqueur

½ ounce banana liqueur

3 ounces pineapple juice

3 ounces sweet & sour mix (from

page 231)

½ ounce grenadine

GARNISH

orange slice

maraschino cherry

1. Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice.

2. Add all ingredients, then shake or stir until well blended.

3. Garnish with an orange wedge and maraschino cherry on a toothpick.

JOE’S CRAB SHACK SWAMP MOSS


Appropriately named, this green concoction tastes a lot better than it looks.

1 ounce Southern Comfort

½ ounce Midori liqueur

½ ounce Malibu rum

6 ounces pineapple juice

GARNISH

lime wedge

1. Fill a 14-ounce glass with ice.

2. Add all ingredients and shake or stir until well blended.

3. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.

OLIVE GARDEN CHOCOLATE ALMOND AMORÉ


To make this scrumptious dessert drink the famous Italian chain combines liquid ice cream base with shaved ice to produce a creamy milk shake-like cocktail. We’ll just use real ice cream in our secret formula to get this one all up and cloned.

¾ ounce Kahlúa liqueur

¾ ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream

¾ ounce amaretto liqueur

¼ teaspoon almond extract

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

6 or 7 ice cubes

GARNISH

Hershey’s chocolate syrup

whipped cream

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.

2. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a 14-ounce glass.

3. Pour drink into glass, add whipped cream on top, and serve with a straw.

OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN MARGARITA


This is like a traditional Mexican margarita, except there’s a shot of amaretto served on the side for added pleasure. Also, the rim of the glass on the real thing is dipped in green sugar crystals usually used for cake decorating. Looks nice. But it’s an optional garnish that’s skipped if you don’t have any green sugar crystals lying around. And, quite frankly, who does?

1¼ ounces Jose Cuervo gold

tequila

½ ounce triple sec liqueur

4 ounces (½ cup) sweet & sour

mix (from page 231)

1¼ ounces amaretto liqueur

GARNISH

lime wedge

orange wedge

1. Moisten the rim of a margarita glass and dip it in green sugar crystals.

2. Fill the glass with ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and sweet & sour mix.

3. Serve with a shot of amaretto on the side, and garnish with a lime wedge and orange wedge on the rim.

OLIVE GARDEN STRAWBERRY SICILIANO


Hop aboard this creamy strawberry shake, ’cause Captain Morgan’s at the helm.

1½ ounces Captain Morgan

spiced rum

1 ounce banana liqueur

¼ cup frozen sweetened sliced

strawberries, thawed

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

6 to 7 ice cubes

GARNISH

whole strawberry

pineapple slice

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.

2. Pour into a 14-ounce glass and garnish with a whole strawberry and pineapple slice on the rim of the glass. Serve with a straw.

OLIVE GARDEN VENETIAN SUNSET


This is a great way to use up the sweet sparkling wine sitting on the shelf, and it’s better than a mimosa. Olive Garden uses Martini & Rossi Asti, but you can use whatever you want.
